Job Title: Work From Home Customer Assistant (Entry Level)

About the Role
We are hiring Customer Assistants to join our fully remote team. This entry-level position involves helping customers with basic questions, updates, and support via phone, chat, or email. You’ll receive full training — no prior experience required.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with order tracking, account updates, and service information
- Record customer details and interactions using internal systems
- Follow company procedures and escalate issues as needed
- Support a positive customer experience through clear communication
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (typing, email, data entry)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Friendly, patient, and willing to learn new tools and procedures
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or administrative support
- Familiarity with platforms like Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar tools
