Duties

  • Handle inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer support and service
  • Assist clients with inquiries, account information, and issue resolution via phone and chat channels
  • Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and document interactions in company systems
  • Manage client requests related to product or service information, troubleshooting, and follow-up actions
  • Maintain high standards of communication skills and phone etiquette during all interactions
  • Support outbound calling efforts when necessary for follow-up or surveys
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports or document customer interactions as needed
  • Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and suggest improvements
  • Handle cash transactions or payments if required, ensuring accuracy and security
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve overall client satisfaction

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Strong data entry skills with high typing accuracy and efficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
  • Experience in customer service, call center operations, or outbound/inbound calling preferred
  • Multilingual capabilities to serve diverse client bases effectively
  • Ability to analyze information quickly and provide clear solutions or guidance
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up tasks
  • Knowledge of sales techniques is advantageous but not required
  • Good understanding of cash handling procedures if applicable
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity
