About the Opportunity

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Advisors. In this position, you will assist customers with insurance-related inquiries, support policy servicing, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and communication channels.
• Assist customers with insurance applications, policy updates, and general service requests.
• Provide accurate information about policies and guide clients through the next steps.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in company systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient customer support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
