About the Opportunity
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Advisors. In this position, you will assist customers with insurance-related inquiries, support policy servicing, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and communication channels.
- Assist customers with insurance applications, policy updates, and general service requests.
- Provide accurate information about policies and guide clients through the next steps.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in company systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient customer support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
