  • We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Partner HCM & Compensation Lead to drive the successful delivery of Workday HCM and Compensation solutions for enterprise clients. This role serves as a trusted advisor to HR, Total Rewards, and executive leadership teams, leading large-scale Workday transformations from strategy through deployment.

  • The ideal candidate combines deep Workday functional expertise with strong consulting, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills. This individual will lead solution design, business process optimization, client workshops, and implementation teams to deliver innovative and scalable Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Workday HCM & Compensation Leadership:

  • Lead end-to-end Workday HCM and Compensation implementations, enhancements, and optimization projects.

  • Serve as the Functional Lead for Workday HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation workstreams.

  • Align Workday functionality with business, HR, and compensation strategies.

Client Advisory & Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to CHROs, HR leaders, Compensation leaders, and business stakeholders.

  • Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and solution design meetings.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

  • Present recommendations, project updates, and solution roadmaps to executive leadership.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations, project risks, and escalation activities.

Business Process & Solution Design:

  • Lead fit-gap analysis and process transformation initiatives.

  • Recommend and implement Workday leading practices.

  • Design business processes, security requirements, eligibility rules, and compensation frameworks.

  • Drive workforce and compensation process standardization across organizations.

Project Delivery & Governance:

  • Lead multiple project workstreams and cross-functional teams.

  • Oversee requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.

  • Review solution designs and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.

  • Support integration, reporting, security, and change management teams throughout project delivery.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Team Leadership & Mentoring:

  • Mentor and develop Workday consultants and analysts.

  • Conduct peer reviews and quality assurance assessments.

    • Share Workday best practices and industry knowledge across project teams.
    • Foster a collaborative, high-performance consulting culture.
  • Business Development & Practice Growth

    • Support sales pursuits, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
    • Participate in client presentations, RFP responses, and discovery sessions.
    • Contribute to practice development initiatives, accelerators, and methodologies.
    • Stay current with Workday product releases and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 7+ years of Workday consulting experience.

  • 5+ years leading Workday HCM and Compensation implementations.

  • Experience leading multiple full lifecycle Workday deployments.

Deep expertise in:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Workday HCM Certification.

  • Active Workday Compensation Certification.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $52.24/hour - $81.62/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
