Job Title: Workday Recruiting Consultant
Job Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Work Schedule: Must be available during U.S. business hours, with availability until at least 1:00 PM PST.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting Consultant to optimize and enhance a recently implemented Workday Recruiting environment. This is a hands-on consulting role focused on improving recruiting processes, configuring system enhancements, and implementing best-practice solutions. This is not a production support or AMS/ticketing position.

The ideal candidate is a Workday Recruiting expert who can independently evaluate existing configurations, recommend process improvements, and implement scalable solutions while partnering closely with Talent Acquisition stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–10+ years of Workday Recruiting experience
  • Workday Pro Recruiting Certification (strongly preferred)
  • Strong hands-on Workday Recruiting configuration experience
  • Experience optimizing Workday Recruiting environments after implementation
  • Full lifecycle Workday Recruiting implementation experience
  • Experience redesigning Recruiting business processes
  • Experience improving Recruiting automation and workflow efficiency
  • Ability to analyze existing solutions and recommend best practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with contractor-to-full-time employee conversion processes in Workday
  • Experience supporting international employee transfer workflows
  • Consulting mindset with the confidence to recommend and implement improvements
  • Experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and optimize an existing Workday Recruiting environment
  • Configure Workday Recruiting enhancements and business processes
  • Improve recruiting workflows, automation, and overall user experience
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Recommend and implement Workday Recruiting best practices
  • Configure complex recruiting workflows and process enhancements
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives following Workday go-live

Employment Details

  • Location: Remote
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Interview Process: Two client interview rounds
