Would you like to be an enabler of user-friendly HR processes?
If is all about the people. It is our culture what makes us unique and successful. We put our hearts into it with the vision of creating the best workplace for our employees. As member of our People Tech team you’ll contribute to enhancing the employee experience by developing seamless digital HR processes, mainly through developing our Workday solution.
About the role
In this role you play an important part in ensuring a unified If solution and advancing our HR processes and digital employee experience. Your main focus will be to collaborate with our process owners to secure that improvements are made, needs are met, quality secured, and that the Workday solution meet the business and compliance requirements. You’ll handle system configurations, manage updates and new releases, perform necessary testing, and coordinate with local system administrators and work closely with IT.
Together with the team you will analyze new features and manage development pipeline as well as contribute to projects. You will also provide second line support and solve problems related to our processes and integrations. At If you will have the opportunity to explore and develop multiple Workday products such as HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Talent, Expenses, Time, Advanced Comp, Absence, and Integrations, based on your experience and interest.
About the Team
The People Tech team is the backbone of day-to-day Workday operations and a vital, trusted part of the HR organization. We are a small, driven and highly competent team that takes pride in supporting the organization and each other. We work hands-on and encourage each other to take initiatives and develop. Who are you?
You are an experienced Workday specialist with a strong interest and background in developing HR tools and systems and you enjoy diving into details to solve problems and configure systems. But you also like discussions with HR colleagues, IT, and other stakeholders to really understand the needs and sometimes challenge existing ways of working. This is why you need to be smooth and have good cooperation and communication skills. You are curious, able to prioritize effectively and love finding new solutions to problems.
You also have:
  • At least 3-4 years’ experience in Workday development
  • Strong self-drive and the ability to structure and solve complex matters
  • Proficiency in English. Knowledge of one of the Nordic or Baltic languages is considered an advantage
  • Experience of working in projects
