Shape the future of work at Roche… join our Workforce Optimization (WFO) Area of Practice within the Integrated Workforce Strategies Chapter in People & Culture. As part of a global team, you’ll play a critical role in transforming how Roche shapes and supports its workforce.
Our team uses data-driven, skill-based workforce planning solutions and acts as trusted advisors with a total workforce view, encompassing internal and external partners. With innovative tools, cutting-edge practices, and global collaboration, this role offers exceptional opportunities for growth and impact.
As a key member of the Workforce Optimization team, you will:
Deliver Workforce Optimization solutions across the business.
Advance our data and insights landscape, enabling us to generate actionable intelligence and strategic recommendations that empower our team to maximize its impact, enhance decision-making processes, and significantly improve the effectiveness of our delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Procurement, Finance) to address workforce needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure adoption of innovative workforce approaches and contribute to enhancing data quality, scalability, and impact.
Shape the future of our practice by driving automation, technology advancements, and new ideas.
We’re seeking a dynamic professional who brings:
A Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field, with experience in global, matrixed environments in People & Culture, Finance, Procurement, or IT.
Expertise in workforce planning, people strategies, and external or total workforce management.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable solutions and tackle complex challenges (experience with R or Python is a plus).
A system-thinking mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Collaboration skills to lead cross-functional efforts, provide direction, and facilitate decision-making.
High motivation, interpersonal skills, and fluency in English to excel in a global, multi-time-zone environment.
Ideally, an understanding of legal risks in external workforce management and co-employment issues.
