The Opportunity

McCallion Group is seeking an experienced Small Works / Working Foreman to manage individual residential project works locally. This is a hands-on role for a trades-based professional with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering work to a consistently high standard.

What You Will Deliver

•Manage and oversee individual residential small works projects from start to completion.

•Carry out and supervise day-to-day site activities, working hands-on where required.

•Coordinate and supervise trades and subcontractors to ensure works are completed to programme, quality, and safety standards.

•Maintain a strong focus on finishing quality, snagging, and attention to detail.

•Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, and company standards.

•Monitor progress, identify issues early, and implement practical solutions on site.

•Maintain site records and support snagging, de-snagging, and handover.

•Ensure Health & Safety requirements are adhered to at all times.

What You Bring

•Trades background with proven experience as a Working Foreman or similar role.

•Strong attention to detail with high standards of workmanship.

•Ability to work independently and take ownership of local projects.
