Work general daily cleaning operations, inspects guest rooms and public areas, manages staff, and ensures high cleanliness standards. They coordinate with front office/engineering, manage inventory, and use technology to track room status, handle scheduling, and maintain safety, aiming for guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspections: Regularly inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
- Staff Management: Supervise, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping team members.
- Operations & Logistics: Manage inventory, order supplies, and manage room turnover (assigning and tracking).
- Technology & Reporting: Utilize software to monitor room status, update systems, and create reports.
- Guest Service: Address guest needs, respond to complaints promptly, and maintain professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of housekeeping supervisory experience is typically required.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for team management and coordination with other departments.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to use hotel management systems and office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and move, as well as lift/carry items.
- Detail-Oriented: A strong eye for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, and bend for long periods.
- Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees.

Pay: $22.24 - $35.00 per hour
