Overview
We are seeking an experienced Working Siding Supervisor to oversee and manage siding installation projects out of state. This leadership role requires a strong background in construction management, site supervision, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and project scheduling, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead large-scale projects in a dynamic environment, requiring travel and out-of-state work commitments.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate siding installation teams on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate execution of work
- Monitor project progress through detailed project scheduling and management tools like Primavera and Primavera P6
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify that work meets specifications and industry standards
- Oversee safety compliance by enforcing OSHA regulations and maintaining a safe work environment
- Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, contract management, and change order processing
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical inspections when necessary
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Document project activities, issues, and progress for reporting purposes
Skills
- Proven experience in construction site supervision with a focus on siding or exterior wall systems
- Strong knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools
- Expertise in construction management principles such as budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance (OSHA)
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately
- Skilled in project scheduling and managing multiple tasks simultaneously using Primavera P6 or similar software
- Supervising experience with a track record of leading successful teams in demanding environments
- Excellent management skills with the ability to coordinate subcontractors and vendors effectively
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and contract management
- Knowledge of pipeline projects or heavy civil construction is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to use tools like ohmmeters for electrical inspections when needed

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
