Key responsibilities in your new role


  • Take responsibility:
    Independently manage end-to-end webinar delivery, including post-production of on-demand webinars
  • Drive digital visibility: Create and optimize web content for search engine optimization (SEO), leveraging AI-powered tools to improve content quality, relevance, and discoverability
  • Shape the future: Develop marketing collateral for external customer communication as well as internal sales enablement, tailored to the respective target audiences and communication objectives

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed


  • Study field:
    Studying marketing, communications, media studies, business administration with a focus on marketing, or a comparable subject
  • Way of working: Able to prepare topics in a structured and systematic way
  • Skills: Used to working with PowerPoint and Excel; basic experience with webinar tools and video post-production is a plus
  • Digital affinity: Interest in or first experience with SEO, web content creation and AI-powered tools to improve content quality and discoverability
  • Personality: Creative, committed, flexible and open to new topics and enjoy working in an international team with different stakeholders
  • Experience: Already gained experience in marketing, branding and sales and are interested in a long-term cooperation
  • Language skills: Have good English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus but not required

    Important information:

    • Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
    • Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
    • You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
