We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Working Student to join our Engineering Department. In this role, you will support the development of digital solutions, including AI-driven tools, data management, and process optimization initiatives.You will contribute to building and maintaining SharePoint environments, developing digital tools and methods, and leveraging AI and Microsoft 365 technologies to improve engineering workflows and knowledge management.
This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a diverse and innovative environment at the intersection of engineering, data, and digital transformation.
About the role
- Support the digitalization and automation of processes using Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Assist in the creation, maintenance, and improvement of SharePoint sites and collaboration platforms
- Develop and optimize tools, methods, and workflows to improve efficiency and data utilization
- Structure, analyze, and visualize engineering and operational dataSupport the integration of AI and Microsoft 365 tools into engineering workflowsImprove data collection, quality, accessibility, and governance across systems
- Assist with documentation, reports, and presentations
- Collaborate with engineers to translate technical concepts into clear visualizations
- Ensure consistency with corporate branding guidelines
- Support additional ad hoc tasks related to engineering and digital initiatives
Job requirements andexperience
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- First practical experience through internships, student work, or similar roles in a relevant field
- Solid interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation; familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot or similar solutions) is an beneficial
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform, including:
- Power Apps (app development)
- Power Automate (workflow automation)
- Power BI (data visualization)
- SharePoint / Microsoft Teams (collaboration and data management)
- Interest in data handling, scripting, and system integrations (e.g., APIs); Python or similar tools is a plus
- Advanced analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a structured, initiative-taking working style
- Good written and spoken English skill
