As our Working Student Talent Acquisition, you will be a crucial support for our People & Culture Team , ensuring that Sdui Group attracts and hires the best talent across all departments – from Tech and Product to Commercial and Strategy. You will dive deep into the entire recruitment cycle and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced EdTech environment, directly contributing to the growth and success of the Sdui Group .
  • Active Sourcing & Headhunting: Proactively identify, engage, and excite potential candidates across various platforms, especially LinkedIn, for our diverse vacancies.
  • Candidate Management: Support the full cycle of candidate communication, including reviewing applications, conducting initial screening calls, and coordinating interviews.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with our Hiring Managers to understand their specific talent needs, assist in drafting compelling job descriptions, and provide timely updates on the recruiting pipeline.
  • Recruitment Administration: Manage the publication of job openings online, prepare essential hiring documentation and information for management decisions, and support the smooth onboarding process of new Sdui Group colleagues.
  • Project Contribution: Participate in various People & Culture and Organizational projects focused on optimizing processes and driving organizational efficiency during our rapid growth phase.
  • Mindset: Passion for people topics, specifically recruiting, paired with high reliability and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Drive & Curiosity: A high degree of curiosity, eagerness to learn, and the motivation to actively take on responsibility within the team.
  • Studies: Current enrollment in a university program (ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field) with at least one year remaining until graduation.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Language: You are a fluent communicator in both German and English, both verbally and in writing. Since you'll be communicating with our international team and German-speaking candidates/managers, being able to switch seamlessly between both languages is a must-have.
  • Tech Affinity: Comfort in working with common recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and an interest in the EdTech/Startup environment.
This role embraces a hybrid working model , offering you the flexibility of remote work balanced with the value of in-person collaboration. We expect you to live near one of our main hubs - Hamburg or Koblenz - and be open to regularly visiting the office to connect with the team and shape our culture. This position is part-time (either 16 or 20 hours per week).
