What this opportunity involves:
JLL has an exciting new opportunity for a Workplace Ambassador working onsite with a client, managing Workplace Services and Front of House activities while ensuring quality support for office occupants. This role involves welcoming visitors, connecting them with hosts, and facilitating smooth office operations through collaboration with vendors and suppliers.
Working onsite with a client on Remuera Rd, close to Westfield Newmarket!
This is a part time role (26 hours a week) on a 9-month maternity leave contract from March 2025 - January 2026.
An Overview of the role:
Receive and manage business visitors
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Ensure proper business order and upkeep of premises including cleanliness of the entire office
Manage soft collaboration and pantry spaces with timely stocking of supplies
Manage other office services such as mail/courier, multi-function copy devices, office access card, key press management, locker, and storage
Engage contractors for general upkeep of office interior
Coordinate maintenance schedule of M&E installation by vendors
Perform generic finance and admin tasks

This is the perfect next step for someone coming from a role in front of house, facilities, hospitality or customer service.
We are looking for someone with the energy and drive to develop the customer experience and has excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Seeks feedback and quick response to resolve
Great personality, effective communicator, able to manage vendors
Experience in front office, events, MICE, communications an advantage
Familiarity with and working alongside facilities management team in commercial property an advantage
