  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and performance.
  • Handle purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking with accuracy and accountability.
  • Lead seating and space planning, including utilisation metrics and reporting.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives in the workplace and promote sustainability to all employees.
  • Conduct engaging and informative new‑hire workplace inductions.
  • Manage the full starter and leaver process, ensuring a smooth and professional employee experience.
About You
  • At least 3 years’ experience coordinating or supervising workplace/facilities operations in a large workplace environment.
  • Available to work on-site up to 5 days per week.
  • A bachelor’s degree or qualification in Facilities or Workplace Management (distinct advantage).
  • Strong experience in budget management and tracking, invoicing and purchase order management.
  • Process, operational, and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven problem solving ability and a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as people skills with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Significant experience in workplace and facilities supervision or coordination, ideally within a large office or building environment.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in contract management and vendor management.
  • A high level of responsiveness, ownership, and a self driven, motivated approach to work.
  • Excellent people skills and track record of relationship building across multiple departments and functions.
