Workshop Manager

We are seeking a trade qualified person with Workshop and sitework manager experience. Previous exposure to Hydraulics an advantage.

• Working hours: 38 HRS/WK. Monday-Friday-Work Life Balance
• Perth WA.
• Occasional remote sitework may be required.

As a Workshop Manager you will be reporting to the GM of Repair Services and working in a team located in Perth.

What your day looks like?

• Supervise daily workshop and site activities and staff.
• Quote workshop and sitework enquiries direct to our customers.
• Develop and implement efficient workshop processes.
• Provide technical guidance and training of staff.
• Manage inventory and procurement of tools and materials.
• Reporting, documenting and tracking works complete at site and workshop.

What you need:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operations and teams.
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining hydraulic systems an advantage.
• Have a sound mechanical aptitude and knowledge along with a problem-solving attitude.
• Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility with job tasks.
• Proven safety and quality focus & Perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with Company's Health & Safety policies & procedures.
• A willingness to work as part of a team, and do whatever is required, to help achieve business targets.
