Description:
Tasks and Responsibilities

Oversee all portable building maintenance, orders and modifications as required
Work closely with Sales and product specialist to meet deadlines for all customers
Prioritise and allocate the completion of workshop jobs in accordance with service schedules and deadlines
Train, supervise and mentor employees to ensure high standards of work are achieved
Ensure all necessary parts, consumables, tools, and equipment are available to allow for efficient completion of workshop jobs
Ensure all workshop activities are completed in accordance with Onsite policies, processes, and procedures
Provide technical support & guidance to internal & external stakeholders
Carry out mechanical inspections, scheduled servicing, and routine maintenance in accordance with manufacturer and SHEQ requirements
Carry out equipment repairs to restore full functionality

Exceptional planning, organisational and prioritisation skills
Strong leadership and relationship building skills
Ability to use systems and complete system reporting requirements
Ability to multitask and be flexible
3-5 years relevant experience
