Are you an organised, people-focused professional who enjoys keeping teams running smoothly and customers supported?

We’re looking for a Workshop Administrator to join our Cummins branch, providing support across the Eyre Peninsula and assisting our busy Service team.

This hands-on role is key to keeping our workshop operations running efficiently across the region. You’ll be the go-to person for coordination, scheduling, invoicing, and communication—working closely with technicians, branches, and customers to ensure everything stays on track.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in administration or customer service
Experience in a workshop, service, or trades environment (highly regarded)
A solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
