About Us

CleaningMachines.ie is a leading Irish supplier of commercial and industrial cleaning equipment, specialising in scrubber dryers, sweepers, vacuums, and the latest robotic cleaning solutions. We support customers nationwide across retail, industrial, logistics, pharma, and public sectors.

As our business continues to grow, we are now looking to recruit a Workshop Service Assistant to support our service and technical team.

The Role

This is a hands-on, practical role based in our workshop. You will work closely with our senior technicians and service coordinator, supporting the preparation, servicing, and dispatch of cleaning machines.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical work, likes things done properly, and takes pride in keeping a tidy, organised workspace.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting technicians with servicing and preparation of cleaning machines

Cleaning, testing, and checking machines before delivery or return

Loading and unloading machines and equipment

Booking machines in and out of the workshop

Managing basic stock, parts, and consumables

Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and safe at all times

Supporting general warehouse and workshop duties as required

What We’re Looking For

Practical, hands-on attitude with good attention to detail

Mechanical or technical interest (experience an advantage, not essential)

Willingness to learn and take instruction from senior technicians

Good organisational skills

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Full driving licence an advantage (but not essential)
