1) Study and review of technical drawings.

2) Conduct the tech meeting before the fabrication.

3) Arrange materials and outsource items for fabrication with minimum 2 days before and inform it if any item were missed.

4) Conduct material inspections before fabrication including outsourced items.

5) Work Planning:

❖ Allocate tasks to the workers.

❖ Ensure timely dispatch of finished products.

❖ Perform final inspection of fabricated items.

6) Finish Quality Control:

❖ Ensure proper mirror, matte, and staining finishes for stainless steel.

❖ Oversee grinding and paint finishes for mild steel.

7) Coordinate the loading and dispatch of finished products.

8) Update daily progress report of each projects.

9) Labour data updation.

10) Overtime planning according to project priority and timeline.

Qualification- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 1-2 years of experience in similar field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
