We're seeking someone to join our team as a Service Manager in Workforce Technology and Services to support non-Sales and Trading Business Units primarily in Singapore but also the smaller satellite offices in Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines.

This is a Workplace Operations & Support III position at Associate level, which is part of the job family responsible which is part of the job family responsible for delivering efficient technical support and ensuring smooth operations of the organization's workplace environment for end-users, including hardware, software, and network resources.

What you'll do in the role:
>Contribute to the function through complex project tasks and initiatives. Interact regularly with team members and occasionally leadership on a range of topics.
> Oversight of all operational support for Non-Sales and Trading Business Units in Singapore
> Management of IT consultants - providing direction and support
> Relationship management with Senior Business Unit stakeholders
> Ownership of escalation from Business Unit stakeholders to Vendors and / or MS IT Teams
> Working with regional (offshore) MS IT Teams
> Participate in silo meetings/conference calls with offshore Teams as appropriate
> Problem Management - Identify incident trends or issues concerning support and implement strategic solutions
> Project Management
> Event Management - Power downs, BCP Disaster Recovery, Move/Add/Changes
> 3rd Party Application coordination of testing and deployment of new application/upgrades
> Coordinate and maintain support documentation
> Maintain work area recovery hardware and ensure its prepared for disaster recovery events
> Strict adherence to Asset Lifecycle Management and maintenance of necessary documentation
What you'll bring to the role:
- >Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders. Experienced understanding of business line and discipline.
>At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
> Sound technical skills in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 desktop environment
> Strong communication skills (written and oral)
> Strong sense of ownership
> Team Player. Ability to work as part of a local and virtual team across multiple countries and cultures
> Analytical and sound problem solving skills
> Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
> Ability to work out of hours and on weekends when necessary
> Experience of working in a Financial Institution
> Flexibility and adaptability to the dynamics and demands of a Financial Institution
