We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with customer service experience to join our fast-paced Wrangler team in IT. Wrangling is an important support position that is unique to the film and visual effects industry, involved with rendering, data processing and delivering our VFX work to our clients.

What you’ll do:

• Assist our busy Production team in day-to-day deliverables to our clients and other internal departments
• Work with our artists in their rendering support needs – investigating technical problems, troubleshooting
• Attending to data related requests – such as moving/sorting, processing and ingesting data

What you’ll bring:

• Excellent communication and team skills
• Familiarity with Linux (or any other UNIX.)
  
• A willingness to work evenings (2pm – 10pm) and variable hours; between 40 - 50 per week.
  
• A basic understanding of machine hardware components, networking and system monitoring tools
• Data analysis and graphing skills

This is a Wellington based role with the majority of your time being spent in our Miramar based office.
