Wsq Course Instructor Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Course Delivery:
  • Conduct training sessions in accordance with WSQ standards and course requirements.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons using various teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Curriculum and Material Preparation:
  • Customize training sessions to align with the course objectives and the participants' industry needs.
  • Assessment and Evaluation:
  • Facilitate assessments and provide constructive feedback to participants.
  • Grade assignments and examinations in compliance with WSQ frameworks.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of attendance and assessment records.
  • Compliance and Standards:
  • Adhere to WSQ accreditation requirements and maintain quality standards.
  • Update course content based on regulatory changes and best practices.
  • Learner Engagement:
  • Support participants in their learning journey and clarify concepts as needed.
  • Address questions and provide real-world examples to enhance understanding.
  • Reporting and Feedback:
  • Provide post-training feedback and recommendations for course improvement.
  • Submit reports on training outcomes to the relevant departments.

Requirements:

  • Certification:
  • ACTA/ACLP certification or equivalent.
  • Relevant WSQ competency unit certifications for the courses taught.
  • Experience:
  • At least 1 years of training experience in the relevant industry.
  • Proven expertise in delivering WSQ-accredited courses.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate adult learners.
  • Proficiency in using training tools, including LMS platforms.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Flexibility to deliver in-person or online training sessions.
  • Ability to manage diverse groups of learners effectively.

Preferred Traits:

  • Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Industry-specific certifications or extensive practical experience in the relevant sector.

Work Arrangement:

  • Freelance/Part-time basis with a flexible schedule.
  • Training assignments will be provided based on availability and expertise.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $300.00 - $7,121.61 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Weekend availability

Education:

  • Professional Qualification (Preferred)

Experience:

  • teaching: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • ACTA/ACLP certification or equivalent (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
