About the role
We seek a motivated and highly organised labourer looking to expand their career and work within the commercial property sector.

In this role, you will ensure the seamless flow of essential equipment and supplies across various sites throughout Sydney and our yards.
You will oversee and manage Dukes Yard Warehouse, maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring all equipment is properly organised, maintained, and readily available to support our teams in delivering outstanding results on job sites across Sydney.

Working closely with our Project Managers, your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering of materials and equipment to sites as needed along with collection upon completion.
• Coordinating plant and equipment movements in collaboration with Project Managers.
• Build and maintain healthy and beneficial relationships with suppliers of materials, equipment, and plant.
• Manage stock levels and maintain the Warehouse Yard.
• Ensure all plant and equipment are serviced and properly maintained.
• Manage the maintenance and logging of electrical equipment.
• Create purchase orders and organise special orders for materials and equipment as required.

This is a full-time position aimed at improving functional performance across sites and the maintenance of our yard.

About You:
You have demonstrated experience in the trade/building maintenance industry and highly developed organisational and communication skills.

• Experience in using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft or Apple devices.
• Effective time management skills to handle a fast-paced workload.
• Forklift Licence (desired but not essential).
• Working at Heights (WAH) training (desired but not essential).
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
• Compliance with WHS regulations.
• Ability to carry out medium to heavy lifting.
• White Card.
