Experienced Yard Operative

Based in south-west London, Livra UK Ltd is a market leader in sourcing, fabricating and installing marble, granite and stone in London's prime residential sector.

If you enjoy a hands-on role we have a fantastic opportunity for a Yard Operative to join our team.

- Work in a small, friendly team.

- Manage loading for deliveries.

- Manage unloading of curtain-side truck and containers.

- Drive a 3.5 tonne flat-bed truck to work sites.

- Control flow of products in factory for production.

- Control flow of waste into stock yard.

- Strict control of consumables stored in yard, collected by site team for use on sites.

- Strict control of plant and machinery for site teams.

- General labouring and cleaning.

Skills needed:

- Valid Forklift Licence - refresher training can be provided.

- Clean Drivers licence. Able to drive Transit van sized vehicles and flat-bed truck.

- Health & Safety Awareness.

- Excellent customer service skills, friendly, helpful professional manner.

- Professional presentation.

- Basic IT skills needed for emails and stock control as needed.

- Easy commute to our South-West London Factory (SW17)

Training can provided for:

- Gantry Crane use

- Mobile crane use.

- Loading and unloading marble and porcelain.

Location and Hours:

- Must be within easy commute of SW17 0BA

- Working hours are 7.30 - 16.00 - occasional overtime.

- Working outside in Yard.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Driving: 1 year (required)
