Position: Dance Teacher (Female)

Experience Required: Minimum one year of online teaching experience

Location: Work from home (Monday to Saturday)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct live online dance sessions for students from Kindergarten to Grade 8, ensuring thorough preparation in advance.

Create an interactive, engaging, and enjoyable learning environment during live classes.

Identify and address the individual learning needs of students, adapting teach
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to align with the school’s teaching methodologies and enhance session quality.

Comply with the school’s interactive teaching approach and adhere strictly to company policies.

Maintain consistent availability during scheduled class hours and provide continuous support to students throughout their learning journey.

Qualifications and Skills:

Prior experience in instructing dance classes or possession of a dance instructor certification.

Proficiency in teaching various dance styles and methodologies, catering to beginner through advanced levels.

Ability to develop dance curricula and prepare detailed lesson plans.

Strong communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse group of teachers and students.

Capability to motivate and encourage students to achieve their goals.

Competence in evaluating student performance and recommending improvements.

Commitment to providing a creative and enjoyable learning atmosphere.

Willingness to stay updated with the latest developments in dance and incorporate necessary changes into routines and curricula.
