Based in our Coomera or Southport office, this is a hands-on and rewarding role where you’ll support young people aged 15–24 to overcome barriers, build their skills, and create sustainable pathways into education, training, or employment.

As a Youth Coach (TtW), you will:

  • Build rapport with young people referred through Centrelink, community networks, and other channels.
  • Assess participant's eligibility for the program.
  • Manage a caseload through one-on-one coaching, group activities, online engagement and referral to specialist providers.
