We are hiring Youth Event Managers to help run structured youth events for secondary school students (approx. 1st - 2nd year age group) across Leinster.

This is a leadership role where you will be trained and then responsible for helping run safe, structured events with a support team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage event staff on the night
• Oversee smooth running of the event
• Ensure safety procedures are followed
• Support event setup and coordination
• Handle any issues calmly and professionally

Requirements

• Experience in leadership, events, hospitality, sports coaching, or working with young people
• Confident managing groups and making decisions
• Calm under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Evening/weekend availability
• Garda vetting required

Pay: Up to €400.00 per week
