As a Zoho One Specialist, reporting directly to the COO, you’ll be the go-to expert in leveraging the Zoho One suite to its fullest potential. Working closely with all teams, you’ll design and implement technical solutions that transform daily workflows and address complex business needs. Your contributions will directly shape the operational backbone of our organisation.

Your role:

• Manage end-to-end Zoho One projects (CRM, Forms, Analytics, Billing, etc.).

• Analyse requirements, design solutions, and maintain workflows.

• Support and train users, troubleshoot issues, and improve adoption.

• Develop custom workflows, blueprints, and integrations.

• Innovate with solutions like dashboards, ticketing systems, and automations.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in business or engineering.

• Expert in Zoho One, with a portfolio of completed projects.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Previous experience in an Ops role, project management, or working in a fast-growing technology company or scale-up is considered a plus.
