Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Zumba Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various fitness disciplines and the ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. As a Zumba Instructor, you will lead group classes in 1-2 classes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging group fitness classes
- Maintain a clean and organized gym environment, ensuring all equipment is safe for use.
- Promote health club services and programs to encourage member participation and retention.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in fitness, anatomy, physiology, and program design.
- Foster a supportive community atmosphere that encourages members to achieve their personal best and have fun.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fitness Instructor or similar role in a health club or gym setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and program design principles.
- Certification in group fitness instruction or personal training is preferred.
- Experience in teaching diverse classes is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate individuals and groups effectively.
- Background in sports coaching or fitness sales is a plus.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 2 per week
