Overview:
Century Roll is hiring a First Shift Metal Processor to run our CNC plasma cutting table, CNC Tube & Pipe Processing Machine, and/or support other fabrication equipment. This is not a CNC machining role — we’re looking for candidates with plasma table or fabrication shop experience who are comfortable working independently and handling a mix of work.

What You’ll Do (First Shift):

• Operate and maintain our CNC plasma cutting table (Torchmate 6x10 with 150-amp system)
• Load material using cranes or forklifts
• Run pre-programmed cut files provided by our CAD team
• Inspect and de-burr parts after cutting
• Support operation of other shop equipment:
• Accurshear
• Hydraulic Press Brake
• Dragon Tube & Pipe Processing Machine
• Horizontal Band Saw
• Follow job travelers and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate effectively with shift lead and follow daily work priorities

Requirements:

• Plasma table or fabrication experience in a job shop or steel shop
• Able to read blueprints and follow traveler instructions
• Comfortable operating or learning crane, forklift, and shop equipment
• Independent, reliable, and detail-focused
• Comfortable working second shift hours

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM– 3:30 PM
Pay: Based on experience
