Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full end-to-end recruitment desk
• Develop new clients and grow existing accounts
• Source, screen, and onboard candidates
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Update activity and pipeline via the CRM
• Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs

Skills & Experience

• Previous 360 recruitment experience (construction preferred)
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Organised, detail-focused, and self-motivated
• Able to manage multiple live roles
• Microsoft Office proficient

Pay: From €32,000.00 per year
