At PIECES, we’re looking for a creative 3D Designer to help set the direction for how we work with 3D in product creation, elevate our technical capabilities, and play a key role in driving our digital design journey forward.

Together with our 3D specialists in design and pattern making, you’ll take part in ongoing sparring and collaboration to strengthen both processes and results.

YOUR ROLE
As our new 3D Designer, you will be a key driver of digital product creation at PIECES. You will independently lead and execute 3D product development across the full value chain – from concept and prototyping to final digital assets for sales and marketing. Your expertise will ensure scalability, consistency, and high-quality standards across collections. Collaborating closely with design, buying, and pattern development, you will help embed 3D as a natural part of our workflow and push the boundaries of how we create, present, and sell our products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving 3D workflows and cross-functional coordination across collections such as NOOS, MAIN and EXPRESS, ensuring timely deliveries and strategic alignment with Buying, Design and vendors.
• Quality assurance of 3D assets, from sketches to rendering-ready visuals. You’ll oversee final checks, provide supplier feedback, and elevate the visual expression of our 3D output.
• Managing and developing our 3D asset infrastructure, including avatars, libraries, fabrics, shapes and rendering settings, ensuring scalability and consistency.
• Supporting internal stakeholders through hands-on execution, knowledge sharing and creative problem-solving, including ad-hoc visual tasks and cross-team alignment

YOUR PROFILE
As a person, you are creative, structured, and forward-thinking, thriving where design creativity meets technical know-how. You bring curiosity, drive, and a proactive mindset to 3D and AI, always exploring new possibilities and sharing your expertise to inspire others and push our digital product creation forward.

To succeed in this role, you likely bring:

• Solid experience with 3D fashion tools (CLO3D is preferred)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the industry, especially within digital fashion
• A strong visual sense and understanding of garment construction
• Experience working with digital workflows in fashion or product teams
• Confidence in planning, prioritizing and collaborating across departments
• Fluent in written and spoken English
