Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) Compensation and Schedule
Position: ABA Behavior Technician- 7 year old girl
Location: Elizabeth, New Jersey
Job Type: Part time
Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00-12:00pm, 3:30-6:30pm
Salary: $18 - $25 per hour
Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) Key Responsibilities:
Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans
Track client progress through data collection
Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living
Collaborate with families for consistent treatment
Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
Ability to pass background check.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
