About the Role
Meeramax Academy is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Academic Counsellor to guide students in their learning journey, provide career advice, and ensure a supportive environment for academic success.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor students throughout their learning journey
- Provide academic and career advice tailored to each student
- Track student progress and suggest improvements
- Resolve student queries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with faculty to enhance the learning experience
- Organize workshops or sessions to support student development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
- Prior experience as an academic/career counsellor preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and mentoring ability
