Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Executive with strong expertise in ADP Payroll and familiarity with Amazon DSP accounting processes. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with U.S.-based clients, manage full-cycle accounting operations, and contribute to financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting for Amazon DSP operations
• Process ADP payroll, including driver bonuses and deductions
• Prepare and analyze financial and performance reports
• Coordinate with clients to ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, and assist with tax filings

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with ADP Payroll
• Preferred: Experience in Amazon DSP accounting
• Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting tools
• Knowledge of U.S. Payroll processes and GAAP
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
