Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Executive with strong expertise in ADP Payroll and familiarity with Amazon DSP accounting processes. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with U.S.-based clients, manage full-cycle accounting operations, and contribute to financial accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting for Amazon DSP operations
- Process ADP payroll, including driver bonuses and deductions
- Prepare and analyze financial and performance reports
- Coordinate with clients to ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, and assist with tax filings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with ADP Payroll
- Preferred: Experience in Amazon DSP accounting
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting tools
- Knowledge of U.S. Payroll processes and GAAP
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
