Hiring: Account Executive (QuickBooks & US Accounting)
Location: Ahmedabad | Work from Home (WFH)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an Account Executive with strong experience in bookkeeping and hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks and US Accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily bookkeeping & data entry in QuickBooks
- Bank & credit card reconciliation
- Accounts payable & receivable management
- Assist in GST filings & ensure basic statutory compliance
- Prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet)
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping
- Experience in US Accounting
- Good knowledge of QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- High attention to detail & accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,359.05 - ₹65,175.34 per month
Work Location: In person
