Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Noida - 135 (Both-side cab facility provided)
Compensation: 30K - 40K per month
Shift: US - Shift
Job Summary
- Process, verify, and execute vendor invoices and payments promptly
- Regularly reconcile vendor accounts and ensure accuracy in ledgers.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
- Oversee day-to-day small payments and reimbursements.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve payment queries and discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
Qualification and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable/vendor payment management (preferably handling US clients).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,445.13 - ₹40,157.29 per month
