Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountsbn Executive to handle financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the accounting department in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a high level of integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime).
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and handle accounts receivable/payable.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure timely tax filings, including GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal/external audits.
- Handle petty cash and maintain expense reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and safeguard financial data.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (freshers may also be considered).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
