Account Manager

PA Crimson | Chicagoland

We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive Account Manager to support our growing client base and help ensure seamless communication, scheduling, and service coordination.

Position Overview

As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and takes ownership of keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts and coordinate inspection and service appointments
  • Prepare and send service quotes and follow up as needed
  • Maintain clear communication between clients, technicians, and internal management
  • Track inspection reports and service documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment
  • Clear and professional communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or coordination
  • Interest in long-term growth, including licensing or leadership opportunities
