The Role
We’re looking for an organised, relationship-led Account Manager / Senior Account Manager who enjoys taking ownership, leading projects, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Enjoys building long-term client relationships
- Thrives on organisation, planning, and follow-through
- Wants responsibility and influence and enjoys working with a great team
- Is interested in growing into leadership at their own pace
You’ll manage some of Roody’s larger existing clients while also nurturing new leads as they move towards more sustainable merchandise solutions.
You’ll have support staff to assist you, and you’ll be trusted to guide and prioritise their work - this is a role with real ownership, not micromanagement.
Many of our leadership team started in similar roles and were promoted internally. If you’re interested in progression, we actively support it.
No prior merch or print experience required.
If you bring strong organisation, communication and client instincts, we’ll teach you the rest. What You’ll Do
- Own and grow relationships with high-value clients across the US and Europe
- Understand client goals and recommend creative, sustainable merch solutions
- Lead projects end-to-end, coordinating with design, production, and support teams
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts thoughtfully and add long-term value
- Keep deals moving with proactive, clear follow-up
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM notes and pipelines
- Represent Roody professionally across email, calls, virtual meetings, and occasional in-person events
About You

- 1+ years’ experience in B2B sales, account management, or client services
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A confident, warm communicator who builds trust easily
- Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
- Curious and open to using AI tools to work smarter
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs is helpful, but not essential
- An interest in sustainability, branding, or consumer products is a bonus
