```Duties```
Accounts Receivable

-create paper work for all orders and amendments as necessary
- create warehouse and transportation documents

-attach inventory to order as specified by warehouse for shipping

-payment requests and collection requests

- bank deposits

Accounts Payable

- code and enter payables per company including stamping and file maintenance

-vendor statement and account maintenance

Other
- account reconciliations, investigate & resolve issues, journal entries
- assist with month end close, print financial statements, update spreadsheets
- prepare GST, PST
-Monday reports

-other duties as necessary

```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting doing these tasks
- Proficiency in using accounting Sage 300 software
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation process
- Strong knowledge of Adobe (stamps, combining documents, text boxes, editing)
- Excellent attention to detail in orders and data entry. This is a detailed oriented position and you must be able to distinguish lots and products,.

- Ability to use Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint)

- Ability to use spreadsheets and Excel functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- be familiar with GAAP
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-tasking with ability to meet deadlines
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting person to join our team. This positions will start out at 30 hours during training phase and move to 40 hours a week as skills develop and willingness to learn become are apparent. Must have transportation as buses do not come here. Must live in Saskatoon and surrounding area.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
