Job Description:
AGF Machining Solution Inc. is seeking an Accounting Clerk with a good understanding of accounting principles combined with excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to support our Admin Team with daily operations. This role offers a diverse scope of duties and the successful candidate will be required to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong time - management and prioritization skills with an ability to multitask.
Skills and Experience Required for the role of Accounting Clerk:
- Accounting Experience
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Package including Excel
- Payroll Experience
- Working knowledge of Sage 50 ( Cad/ US )
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Accounts Receivable
- Supporting Corporate Leaders with administrative tasks
- Basic understanding of US/CDN$ Exchange
- Preparation of shipping documentation
Rate of pay dependent on experience as an Accounting Clerk and benefits available after 6 months.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
