This position will support Finance/Accounting team with day-to-day accounting activities, reporting, and process improvement projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support bank reconciliations; investigate and help resolve variances.
- Prepare and maintain accounting schedules and documentation to support month-end close activities.
- Compile and analyze basic financial data for reports and ad hoc requests.
- Prepare GAAP reports including cash flows for partnership and subsidiary entities.
- Prepare sales and use tax returns.
- Support audit preparation by gathering requested documentation and support.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
