Job Description
The Associate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding blue and grey collar professionals for various positions within the industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in roles that match their skills and experience.

- Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Coordinate with hiring managers to meet their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines
Good to have:
- Previous experience in blue and grey collar recruitment
- Knowledge of labor laws and industry regulations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
