Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Sector 40 D, Chandigarh
Experience: 2 – 3 years
Note:Please review the job description carefully before applying. This role is open to candidates with 2 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries.
- Manage billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing and reporting.
- Prepare MIS reports and support audits (internal & external).
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation norms, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and billing.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting tools.
- Graduate in Commerce or a related field.
- Strong communication, accuracy, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
