Job Title: Accounts Executive
Job Description & Requirements
Job Accountability
-Handle day-to-day accounting duties
- Assist with account payable & receivable
- Assist with preparing monthly statement and report, and quarterly GST submission
-Prepare monthly cashflow and forecasting plan.
-Participate in quarterly and annual audits when required.
-Create and update expenses report
-Regularly reviewing and following up outstanding payment from customers
- Support Warehouse inventory management
-Liaise with external vendors on related accounts matters
-General office administrative duties
-Any other ad-hoc duties assigned time to timeamp
Educational/Skills Qualification
- Bachelor of Accounting / Bachelor of Banking and Finance / Bachelor of Business Administration
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Good initiative, ability to work independently and able to take instructions efficiently
- Good team-player and interpersonal skills
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 09.00 am to 06.00 pm
