Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, supporting the smooth operation of the accounts payable function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.

• Verify, code, and enter accounts payable transactions into the accounting system.

• Prepare and execute vendor payments.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and supporting documentation.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Support internal and external audits as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role is a plus.

• Profiency in German is a plus.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
