Your New Day to Day

You’ll be at the core of our finance operations, keeping things moving with precision and energy. Some of your tasks will include:

• Invoice Specialist: Take charge of high-volume invoice processing and payments with pinpoint accuracy
• Problem Solver: Proactively tackle discrepancies and delays, collaborating with our AP Lead to keep workflows smooth
• Vendor Champion: Build great relationships with our suppliers through professional and friendly communication
• Data Guru: Maintain a spotless filing system and ensure vendor records are 100% accurate
• Finance Support: Assist with reconciliations, audit prep, and exciting process improvements

What You’ll Bring

• Proven Capabilities: Experience in an Accounts Payable or a similar role (construction experience is a massive plus!)
• Tech Savvy: You’re a pro in Microsoft Excel and love learning new accounting software – Dynamics365 experience would be highly regarded
• High Energy: A "can do" attitude and a passion for working in a fast paced, high-volume environment
• Detail Driven: You spot the tiny errors others miss and pride yourself on excellence
• Proactive & Collaborative: You love being part of a team and are always looking for a better way to do things
