- Apply and post customer payments (cheques, EFT, wire transfers, credit cards) to the accounting system
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are received on time and follow up on overdue balances
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are properly recorded
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Maintain and update customer account information and credit limits
- Prepare aging reports and regular AR summaries for management
- Support audits by providing requested documentation and reports
- Collaborate with sales, shipping, and customer service departments to resolve invoicing or payment issue

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
